Answer: Appointments are encouraged, but not necessary. By making an appointment, your bridal
specialist will be able to give you the time you need to pick the perfect dress and accessories

| Question: How long before my dress is delivered? |
Answer: You should plan on approximately three months after you place your order for the dress to
be delivered to the store. If you need it sooner, please inquire about our rush delivery service
and any additional charges that apply. |

| Question: Are alterations available? |
Answer: Alterations are available to all products we sell and are offered for an additional charge. Your
dress is pinned at the store by an alterations specialist, and alterations are completed in our
designers studio and sewing room in Florida. If you are not purchasing a dress directly from
a company store, contact your local store that carries Alfred Angelo designs for their
alteration policies. You should allow enough time for alterations to be completed – plan on
approximately 2 months prior to portrait or wear date. |

| Question: Do you accept returns? |
Answer: Our gowns are specially made to order. Because of this, all sales are final. We cannot accept
returns or exchanges. |

Answer: At our company-owned boutiques, we accept cash, personal checks, and MasterCard, Visa
and Discover. Alfred Angelo also offers a 6 month credit card for financing as an additional
payment option. |

| Question: Can I make the train longer on a bridal gown? |
Answer: Yes, you can add additional train length; 24", 36", or 48", chapel length and longer styles, on
most of our bridal gowns for an additional charge. Some of our gowns can also be ordered
without trains if you prefer. |

| Question: Can my dress be ordered in a custom length? |
Answer: Our bridal gowns can be ordered 3 inches or longer or shorter than our standard length. Our
bridesmaid gowns are available to order with 3 inches of additional length. |

| Question: Do you offer Jackets for your bridal gowns? |
Answer: Yes, we have coordinating bridal gown jackets for you to choose from. Whether you need an option for cooler
weather, or your ceremony location These jackets are made from the same fabrics and laces as our bridal
gowns, and are meant to coordinate beautifully with your Alfred Angelo gown. |

| Question: How will I know if a style will be discontinued soon? |
Answer: We discontinue styles at the end of each year. As soon as a style has been discontinued, we
remove the images of the dress from our website. If the dress you are interested in is no
longer pictured, contact your authorized Alfred Angelo retailer and they can find out if there
are any dresses in stock available to purchase. |

| Question: Can I buy an Alfred Angelo gown online? |
Answer: We recommend that you do not buy your gown over the internet. We have received many
calls from brides who purchased online only to find that they didn't receive the dress they
expected, or it was delivered too late for their wedding. Some received counterfeit dresses,
others received used dresses or the wrong style or size. Some brides have found that buying
over the internet didn't really save them money because they were forced to pay hidden
charges and had trouble finding a qualified alterations specialist who could properly fit their
dress.
This is the most important dress you will ever buy. Saving a few dollars is not worth the risk.
The internet is a great place to narrow down styles before you visit a store. But when it
comes time to purchase, it has been proven time and time again that the best place to buy is
a full service bridal store where you can see, feel and try on the dress before you make a
commitment. Our company stands behind the Alfred Angelo dresses purchased at company-
owned stores and authorized bridal retailers. |

| Question: How will my out-of town bridesmaids purchase their dresses? |
Answer: Your bridesmaids can visit our web site to view all of our available dresses and view our
measuring instructions and size chart. Bridesmaids can purchase at any Alfred Angelo Bridal location and do not have to purchase as a group. Your bridesmaids can visit any Alfred Angelo Bridal store throughout the country to be professionally measured by one of our Bridal or Alterations specialists. |

Answer: Extra fabric is usually available to order, your bridal specialist will be able to check the
availability of the fabric at the time you place your order. |

Answer: Yes, fabric swatches are available for our bridesmaid dresses and our Dream in Color™
Bridal gowns. If you would like to order a single color fabric swatch, email

| Question: Can I get a matching wrap or jacket for your bridesmaid dresses? |
Answer: Yes, we do offer matching wraps, shawls & jackets for our Dream in Color™ bridesmaid
dresses. Wraps & Shawls are available in Satin & Chiffon and Jackets are available in
Organza - all in 55 colors. We do not offer Taffeta Jackets or Shawls, however extra fabric
can be ordered through your bridal store and you can have one made. |

Answer: Yes, all Alfred Angelo Company-Owned Boutiques offer a full range of accessories for
brides and their bridal party. We carry not only a large selection of headpieces and veils to
complete your Alfred Angelo wedding ensemble, but crinolines, bras, gloves, shoes,
handbags and jewelry are also available. Your bridesmaids will also find a great selection of
gloves and shoes in a wide array of colors to coordinate with their bridesmaids dresses. |

| Question: I want to clean and preserve my dress, can you help me? |
Answer: Yes, a bridal gown preservation kit can be purchased from all of our stores .Your kit will
provide you with instructions, a shipping box and a mailing label to send your gown to the
top wedding gown preservationists in the industry who can preserve your gown for future
generations. Your gown will be cleaned, pressed and carefully placed in a preservation chest
and mailed to your address in a few weeks. |

Answer: Copies of our current catalogs are now available. If you live in the US and you would like to
order a copy. Catalogs and swatch cards are available for a small postage and handling fee. |
